3 Minute Skin Care

The most important thing you can do for your skin is to establish a skin care routine. Forget elaborate rituals, yit is hard to stick to them. Just 3 minutes every morning & evening is all it should take.

Moisturize keeping in mind that a serum is designed to penetrate the skin barrier and nourish your skin cells. The heavier lotion, cream or butter, provides a barrier to keep nutrients and moisture in skin sells which aids skin recovery and prevents your skin from dehydrating.
