| GENERAL SHIPPING INFORMATION
All packages are shipped to the shipping address on your Paypal payment notification. The system will accept Alternate Shipping Addresses. Buyer is responsible for making sure the address of record is correct and current. If it is necessary to re-ship the package due to buyer negligence, additional shipping charges will be billed and must be paid by the buyer before the package will be re-shipped.
Orders are shipped Monday-Friday, usually within 2 business days. Our office is closed Saturday-Sunday.
Orders paid by Personal Check will experience the customary 10 business day delay before shipping to insur the check has cleared the bank. Any returned checks will be charged a Return Check Fee that our bank charges us.
Please be careful to select the correct shipping type, especially International customers. Refunded Paypal payments due to customer order error will incurr a $.30 fee that is a Paypal chargeback for refunds that we pass along to the customer.
INTERNATIONAL ORDERS
We ship to all EU and most countries by FIRST CLASS INTERNATIONAL MAIL, which is the most cost effective method for our small packages. This DOES NOT include insurance, tracking or delivery confirmation. We also ship to Ukraine and all countries by PRIORITY INTERNATIONAL MAIL which provides tracking only. We reserve the option to decline an order and refund payment if it is to a country that is high risk for order losses.
Please note that our shipping charges DO NOT include customs, duties and taxes that may be charged by your country. You are responsible for knowing what additional charges you may have to pay and making the payment as required. We are not responsible for unclaimed and abandoned packages and will not provide refunds.
WE DO SHIP TO MOST COUNTIRES using the Paypal address of record. If you do not find your country listed on the Customer Registration form drop down menu of countries, please contact us at facevaluecosmetics@yahoo.com for instructions on completing your order.
DELIVERY OF PACKAGES
Domestic 1st Class Mail packages can take 2-10 days. 1st Class International Mail delivery can vary due to foreign customs & postal procedures. Packages to EU countries can take up to 2-3 weeks, packages to Russia can take up to 2-3 months. Please be patient. Priority International Mail is provided as an option to 1st class mail, offering the buyer tracking and hopefully faster secure delivery for higher risk countries. We have no control over the package once it leaves our office.
COMMUNICATION
You will receive an email from Stamps.com or Paypal to notifiy you that a shipping label has been purchased and printed. All packages are shipped on the same day the shipping label has been purchased. All domestic packages include Delivery Confirmation, and the tracking number for that will be included in the email you receive.
SHIPPING CHARGES
Please be sure you select the correct Shipping Service at the end of your order form. If the wrong service is selected, you will be billed/credited the difference. This process may delay shipping of your order.
